The intent of the vessel project was to create a form that is contextualized through the plants chosen for the vessel. Every aspect of my vessel’s form is from a feature of each plant and carried over into an abstracted form, rendered in plastic.

This project provided its challenges in creating such an abstract form by pulling plastic over wood turned on the lathe and then using that plastic to create a final product that created a comfortable space for the plants to grow.
